We are based in the Morbihan, Brittany and aim to assist French property owners with managing property, acting as their agent to facilitate repairs and renovation projects. We can also assist with new build projects.
Those of us who have bought property in France know only too well the difficulties which can be encountered when trying to get property repairs or renovations carried out. Finding suitable tradesmen who are capable of fulfilling your building renovation or repair requirements, communicating those needs, and then being sure they understand, is only the start of the problem. You need to be sure they arrive on time, do what you want, and charge a fair price.
This can be difficult enough in the UK, so how much more complicated it is in France, with language, local regulations and planning problems, and the simple fact that it is not always possible to be on site at your property at the most crucial times.
Now you have someone to look after that for you. Our experience in Brittany, particularly in the Morbihan and southern Côtes d’Armor, means that we can act as the vital link between you and the French tradesmen who will be working for you. Our service covers all forms of building, renovation and repair, including re-roofing, septic tank installation and ground clearance, re-wiring, bathroom, kitchen and traditional fireplace installation, extensions, and complete house and barn renovation, as well as window and door replacement - everything, in fact, including the kitchen sink.
New House Building
If however you have decided to buy land and have a new house built, we can help you select a builder who can offer you the house you want within your budget requirements, manage the project through from land clearing through to the final coat of paint, and accompany you through any meetings you wish to arrange with surveyors, notaires, bankers and builders.
Our fees are based on the amount of work contracted for, and we will be happy to discuss these, and your project, in detail, prior to any engagement or commitment on your part.
